Pre-wire: Pre-wiring consists of making a home ready for the systems being installed once the owner moves in and if the owner wants to expand his or her technology capabilities once they have lived in after a period of time. This means the homeowners can now have their home upgraded to support control system technology, sensors and transceivers for smart technology. Wiring each room for communications, controls, and devices will allow customers to decide when it is best to implement this based on need and budget. We set the house to close the blinds to not let the sun in which would allow the cooling temperature to stay in place and save energy; the system can also check the temperature every so often to see if the temperature needs to be lowered based on if someone is home.
Example 2: UPS often comes to deliver things you've ordered but you are at your office. You can log onto the internet, look at your home cameras, check the temperature and disarm security at your home; Open the garage or unlock a door for the UPS Delivery and secure everything back with a few keystrokes.
